Because each custom item is made to order, turnaround times may vary. We recommend placing custom orders early to ensure your piece is completed in time for your special occasion.

Starting at $60
Includes design consultation and standard materials
Personalization and Add-Ons
Embroidery: $12+
(Names, initials, or small design)
Additional Embroidery Area: $8
Premium Fabric Upgrade: $10-$40+
(Price varies based on fabric selection)
Rush order (if available): $20+
Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required once the design has been finalized and approved.
The remaining balance is due prior to shipment.
Production will not begin until the deposit is received.
Turnaround Time
Standard Custom Orders: 3-4 weeks
(After deposit is paid)
Rush Orders: 1-2 weeks

Design Approval Policy
All custom orders require design approval prior to production. Once the design has been reviewed and approved by the customer, the design is considered final. No changes or revisions can be made after approval.
